В восьмой раз в Бишкеке прошел фестиваль джаза. Начиная с вечера пятницы, 19 апреля и до воскресенья 21 апреля на сцене театра Оперы и Балета коллективы из Кырызстана, Узбекистана, Казахстана, США, Турции, Австрии, Швеции и Таджикистана играли совершенно разную музыку, которую очень трудно определить только одним направлением.
Современный джаз давно перестал ограничиваться рамками классического звучания, сегодня джаз – это яркое, самобытное явление современной культуры. Прошедший фестиваль «Джаз Бишкек Весна 2013» стал демонстрацией, того насколько эта музыка разнообразна и широка: от классики до авангарда, от R’n’B до фольклора.
На прошедшем в выходные фестивале джаза, кроме хорошей музыки и живого звука, которые всегда отличали это мероприятие, можно отметить отличное качество звучания, хотя и с некоторыми перебоями, и более продвинутое, по сравнению с филармоническим, освещение. Еще очень понравилась работа ведущего Кирилла Мошкова, который не только с первой минуты задавал положительное настроение и активный ритм, но к тому же, будучи редактором журнала «Джаз.ру», профессионально и интересно рассказывал о выходящих на cцену коллективах, о стилях и направлениях.
Отлично отработали свое выступление австрийская группа «Mеrry Poppins». Как говорит вокалист группы Давид Ла’Гедер, название группы означает веселых людей, которые любят ходить в гости и хорошо проводить время. В вольном переводе на русский, название группы может звучать: веселые poppins’ы. Свое название музыканты оправдывают с лихвой, на своем официальном сайте они абсолютно серьезно утверждают, что играют в следующих жанрах: клезмер, ритм & блюз, свинг, дикси, городской регги, ска, балканский поп, джайв, полька, регтайм, кантри & вестерн, афтерхауз-джаз — и это не полный список их музыкального диапазона. Оказалось, что информация на сайте ни сколько не преувеличена, Merry Poppins, действительно умудряются очень органично смешивать совершенно разные стили и звучания, при этом создавая собственный, неповторимый «поппинсовый» звук. В целом, выступление австрийцев было ярким и запоминающимся моментом фестиваля.
Так же в первый день на сцене выступали коллективы «Айо» и «Джаз диез» из Кыргызстана, Биг Бэнд Алматы из Казахстана, дебютантами фестиваля стали «Хорнер брасс квинтет» из Кыргызстана. Признаюсь, что послушать дебютантов, мне не удалось, поэтому свое мнение о Хорнер брас квинтете, попросила высказать лидера группы АЙО Азиза Гапарова: «В основе у этого коллектива духовая секция. Вообще-то усиленная духовая секция – это отличительная черта оркестровых коллективов. В Кыргызстане нет джазовых оркестров, возможно именно Хорор Брас Квинтет — это первый шаг к созданию большого эстрадно-симфонического оркестра. Замечательно, что у этого коллектива нашлось время и желание, собрать духовую секцию, сейчас они сыгрываются, но я думаю, что за их творчеством будет интересно наблюдать. Лично мне было очень приятно увидеть группу именно такого характера сегодня на сцене фестиваля.»
Сам коллектив АЙО, участники, которого постоянно ищут новое звучание, в этот раз немного отошли от экспериментов с кыргызским фольклором и переключились на китайские народные мелодии. В результате появилась динамичная и запоминающаяся композиция, где этнические ноты хоть и присутствовали, но строго дозировано, не нагружая слушателя.
Восточные мотивы, хоть и не всегда напоминали
классическое джазовое звучание, а скорее унесли в мир
турецкой музыки, мистичных суфиев,
лиричных восточных рассказов
Остальные группы первого дня, по правде сказать, не произвели яркого впечатления. В том числе казахский оркестр «Биг Бэнд Алматы» из Казахстана, играли очень слажено и очень профессионально, но как-то грустно, без задора и даже слишком гладко.
В целом первый день фестиваля прошел интересно, в основном, это была заслуга австрийской Merry Poppins. Но впереди оставалось еще 2 фестивальных дня, в течение которых должны были выступить еще множество групп.
Второй и третий дни фестиваля не сильно отличались по темпу и загруженности. В целом можно отметить как основную тенденцию хорошее распределение групп. В каждый день было на что посмотреть, а менее яркие коллективы гармонично вписывались в ход концертов, задавая общий фон, на котором выгодно выделялись хэдлайнеры.
Во второй день фестиваля «Джаз_Бишкек_Весна» выступали группы «Аура» (Кыргызстан) «Фрэнкс Сэлис и Марко Невано» (Швейцария), «Гокхан Усал и Фатих Эренлер» (Турция) и еще одна группа, известные всем, «Соленые орешки» (Кыргызстан).
Весенний фестиваль джаза в Бишкеке уже стал хорошей традицией, собирая полный зал. В этом году организаторы удивили зрителей не только коллективами из Швейцарии и Турции, но и древним национальным инструментом «Жетиген», с презентации которого и начался субботний концерт. Инструмент представил Ж. Айсаев — единственный музыкант, владеющий навыками игры на нем. Ну и в продолжение вечера, «Аура» традиционно выставила на суд бишкекской публики несколько своих композиций. Мало кого из завсегдатаев фестиваля можно удивить группой «Аура», чьи этно-джазовые композиции одновременно и милы душе, и немного повторяют одна другую. Однако джаз — это музыка в режиме лайв, поэтому каждый год отечественные группы мы встречаем с радостью, как старых друзей, которые тешат наш слух красивыми речами, и «Аура» в этом случае не исключение.

к оркестру присоединился и американский друг,
частично заменивший ударные
Вслед за «Аурой» на сцену вышел швейцарский дуэт в сопровождении узбекского ударника и нашей вокалистки. И тем было интереснее посмотреть на слаженную работу группы, собранной не задолго до выступления. Швейцарцы зажгли публику и продолжали подогревать ее энергичной музыкой вплоть до самого антракта, а сидящие в зале готовы были пуститься в пляс. Вместе с парой, танцующей в проходе.
После антракта, зрители, уже получившие заряд бодрости от предыдущих групп пустились в музыкальное путешествие с интернациональным оркестром в состав которого входили Викрам Рузахунов, турецкие солисты Гокхан Усал и Фатих Эренлер, а также музыканты из различных бишкекских коллективов, например симфонического оркестра мэрии г. Бишкек. Композиции навеяны не только турецкой традиционной музыкой, но и мелодиями других стран. Чарующее звучание турецких национальных инструментов, таких как канун (струнный), ней, дудук, кавал (духовые), сопровождалось слаженной игрой более привычных инструментов, классических для джаза клавишных, ударных, смычковых, духовых в искусной аранжировке В. Рузахунова. Восточные мотивы, хоть и не всегда напоминали классическое джазовое звучание, а скорее унесли в мир турецкой музыки, мистичных суфиев, лиричных восточных рассказов, все же стали той красной точкой на белой стене, тем самым хэдлайнером вечера. Исполнение же классических джазовых композиций на традиционных турецких инструментах дало возможность понять, что джаз и вправду мультикультурная музыка, и демонстрировало мастерское владение инструментом турецких исполнителей.
Зрители раскачивались в такт музыке, записывали игру музыкантов на сотовые телефоны, зал взрывался овациями, и сердце радовалось этому празднику музыки. В завершении выступления к оркестру присоединился и американский друг, частично заменивший ударные. Сценка, разыгранная музыкантами (ударник якобы запутался несколько раз подряд и Гокхан Усал предложил своему американскому другу заменить ударные) кем то из зрителей была встречена на «ура», а кого-то ввела в заблуждение.
Вечер закрывали отечественные «Соленые орешки», постоянные участники джаз фестиваля. В этот раз они попытались совместить социальный хип-хоп и джаз, выведя на сцену Тата Улана. Вся соль «орешков» в том, что они были одними из первопроходцев кыргызского джаза, пожалуй, организаторам стоило вывести их в первой части концерта, так как после зажигательных турков, родные орешки показались пресными и привычными.
Третий день фестиваля был не менее насыщенным. В третий день выступали «Джаз трио Викрама Рузахунова» (Кыргызстан), «Авесто» (Таджикистан), «Каганат» (Узбекистан), «Карла Кук и джазовое трио» (США). Зал был заполнен еще больше, чем на субботнем концерте, и музыканты смогли поразить воображение публики чарующими мотивами своих стран, а шикарная Карла Кук показала высший пилотаж классического джаза.
